GLOBELICS (GLOBal network for Economics of Learning, Innovation and Competence-building Systems) organises a major conference on an annual basis. The Developing Universities working group has been asked to hold a Mini Workshop at the 2005 Globelics Conference 31 October – 4 November. Seven of the twelve member countries will be represented at the meeting, which will primarily be devoted to identifying a common research methodology and setting a detailed project road map.

Globelics is a worldwide network of scholars, academics, intellectuals, policy-practitioners and activists drawn from the disciplines of social, political and economic sciences. To learn more about Globelics please visit http://www.globelics2005africa.org.za/
